Geomax International and Govern
Software, with the collaboration of the "Ministère de
l'industrie et du commerce" of Quebec, have established a
partnership for the creation of a municipal window in the city of
Granby, in Quebec.
The window
project will allow data to find it's real place in organizations: a
predominant place.
The basis of
this proposed integrated information system rests on a complex model
of data that allows to see a general view of the whole data structure of
a city. In particular, the applications concerning finances and
technical services of a city are manipulated of the same geomatic base
that represents the territory and the urban structures. On this system
is added specialized software that allow management of data operations to
get the necessary information for feeding decision-making systems. |
